Baked Cauliflower Patties

  • 400 g karnabahar · 112 kcal

Method

  1. Required equipment: A pot, a colander, a fork, a mixing bowl, and a baking sheet.
  2. Separate the cauliflower into small florets, place them in a pot, and add enough water to cover them.
  3. Turn the stove to medium heat and boil for about 10-12 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and wait 2 minutes to ensure all excess water is removed.
  5. Transfer the drained cauliflower to a bowl and mash it with the back of a fork until it becomes a puree.
  6. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl along with the eggs, oats, spices, and parsley.
  7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hand or a spoon until well combined.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, take palm-sized portions of the mixture, and shape them into patties.
  9. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190°C and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven once the top and bottom of the patties turn golden brown.
  11. Place the strained yogurt in a small bowl and serve alongside the patties.
