Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Besly app or this website, both operated by Indio Gaming (“we”, “us”). By using Besly you agree to them.

What Besly is — and is not

Besly is a nutrition and activity tracking app that provides general information and estimates. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nutrition figures, calorie targets, diet adherence scores and coach messages are estimates, not clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions, particularly before starting a restrictive way of eating, and if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or managing a medical condition.

Your account

An account is required so your data can be backed up and restored. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Account → Reset.

Subscriptions

Besly offers optional paid subscriptions through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and don't use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI features

Some features send the text or photo you provide to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce a result. Those requests are not used to identify you. AI output can be wrong; you can correct any entry, and you remain responsible for what you act on.

Availability and changes

We improve Besly continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Besly. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
